For 25 years, an arcane policy has denied lawfully present immigrant families critical health and social services. Congress must act now to pass the LIFT the BAR Act, legislation to eliminate this barrier and help millions in immigrant families get the care and help they need. There are three things your organization can do right now to push your congressional delegation for action:

2. Press release — Template release for your organization’s letter urging your House delegation to cosponsor the bill
3. Sample tweets — Tag local congressional representatives to urge them to cosponsor the bill, and tag partner organizations to encourage them to join the fight
