Connected to Health Care
We can all help to share information in our community and keep immigrant families covered. PIF and partners have developed a series of educational materials that contain accurate, accessible information that can be easily shared through a variety of media. All materials are meant to be adapted to your use – add a logo, a QR code for easy navigation to supportive services, and whatever will best help your community stay informed and stay connected to health care.
The materials are available in 9 languages and include:
- A simple one-pager to hand out or post (with differently-branded versions to fit your needs)
- A second flier for people who may have just learned that their Medicaid coverage ended.
- A template community presentation slide deck
- Facebook or Instagram individual posts
- Facebook or Instagram series of posts
Additionally, we have the following materials in English and Spanish:
- Short, animated images to attract attention to Facebook, WhatsApp, or Instagram posts
- A sample script for a radio show presentation
- A sample script for a Facebook Live presentation
- Sample text messages for sharing SMS messages and links

To create a working copy you can edit:
- Hover over the File menu
- Hover over Make a copy, then click on Entire presentation
- Choose name, folder, and sharing settings you like and click OK
