600+ Organizations Urge Biden Administration to Craft Responsible Public Charge Policy

Coordinated by PIF, this comment brings more than 630 nonprofit organizations together to push the Biden Administration for public charge regulations that secure safety net access for millions in immigrant families and protects the nation against abuses like we saw under the Trump Administration. The comment was submitted in response to a Department of Homeland Security request for guidance to inform the development of a public charge regulatory proposal.
