USCIS Proposes Adding Public Benefits Questions to Change of Address Form
On May 7, 2026, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service posted a Paperwork Reduction Act Notice in the Federal Register that adds public benefit questions to its change of address form. This is a proposal and is not yet final, comments are due July 6, 2026.
