“Providers Against Public Charge” Individual Sign-On Letter
Direct service providers – nurses, case workers, promotor(a)s, benefits navigators, community health workers, legal service providers, and other frontline staff – are speaking out against the final public charge rule. Add your name, or just your role and state, to call on Attorneys General nationwide to take action to stop the public charge rule and mitigate harms to immigrant families and children.
LIFT the BAR Act
More than one million lawfully present immigrants recently lost access to basic needs programs. We are working to help pass the LIFT the BAR Act, which restores eligibility cuts, eliminates the 5-year bar, and makes other changes to ensure that immigrants can access the programs and services they need.
